Ingredients:-

Coriander seeds, chana dal (split chickpeas), urad dal (split black lentils), poppy seeds, fenugreek, red chili, dry coconut, Marathi bud (kapok buds), cloves, cinnamon, and cardamom. 

Cooking Instructions:-

1. In a pan, heat 3 tbsp oil and add 1/4 tbsp mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp chana dal, 1 tbsp cashew nuts, 1 cut green chili, and 1 tbsp grated copra. Sauté the ingredients until fragrant. 2. Next, add 3 cups of cut brinjal and a pinch of turmeric powder. Sauté well until the brinjal is cooked. 3. Then, add 4 tsp Dhee Masala Vangi Bhath Masala Powder, 3 tbsp tamarind pulp (using a ratio of 1:5 tamarind to water), 1/2 tbsp jaggery, salt, and 1/4 cup water. Cook the mixture until well combined. 4. Finally, add 3 cups of cooked rice and mix everything well. 5. Serve the flavourful Vangi Bhath with coconut chutney or raita for a delicious meal.
