Cooking Instructions:-

1. Take an equal quantity of Dhee Masala Chutney Powder. 2. Heat a small amount of ghee or cooking oil in a pan. 3. Add the chutney powder to the pan and sauté it for a minute or two on low heat. 4. Stir continuously to prevent burning and ensure even roasting. 5. Once the chutney powder releases its aroma and turns slightly darker in colour, remove it from the heat. 6. Allow it to cool before transferring it to an airtight container. 7. Serve the chutney powder as a side dish with idly, dosa, chapati, roti, rice, or dal. 8. Sprinkle it over the desired dish.
